Hi, my name is Henry Egloff and I’m a multimedia artist, designer, and teacher based in Byron Bay, Australia. I design and code websites, create various forms of art and design, write articles, and develop learning resources.

I hold a degree in design (RMIT 1996) and have been working as a professional designer for over 20 years. I started my career in the fields of graphic design and interactive multimedia using tools like Macromedia Director before making my first website in 1999 using Flash.

During my career I have been lucky enough to work with many inspiring people around the globe and to have worked as a lead designer for companies based in Sydney, London, and San Francisco. Some of the highlights include making Flash websites for Quincy Jones, Ravi Shankar and Meshell Ndgeocello, and receiving a Flash site of the day award way back in 2000.

I also hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and have been teaching part-time at the TAFE North Coast Institute of Technology since 2006.

These days besides teaching I run a small web design and website development studio under the banner of Bangalow Web Design, specialising in custom WordPress themes, web design, training, and website optimisation.

I love messing around with code and multimedia, particularly threejs, vector artwork, CSS animation, javascript, audio, WordPress, and 3D. I love building immersive interactive experiences and I love elegant, optimised code.

You can find me in most of the usual places online but these days I am most active on BehanceCodepenInstagram, and Youtube.

Otherwise please don’t hesitate to get in touch by email:
